In this paper the radiation levels and information ofthe solar study in Banghazi City, Libya. Also the paper introduces an accurate PV module and panel electrical models. The model can be used for studying the characteristics ofthe PV module and panel under different modes of operations. In addition, the model can be used as a state observer and sensor-less control ofthe PV panel and the maximum power point tracking (MPPT) control. The validity ofthe obtained models are studied by the comparisons between the obtained practical results and these of simulation. According to the comparison results it is found that the deduced models can be considered as fair models.
