Engineering research journal is a scientific periodical of the Faculty of Engineering, Menoufia University, Egypt. It has a profile dealing with all branches of engineering including different disciplines of electrical, mechanical, civil and architecture engineering. Publications on nanotechnology, renewable energy, mechatronics and computer engineering are welcomed. ERJ has been issued since 2001.

The journal is published in both print and online version and all articles published in the journal are fully open access and freely available online, immediately upon publication.
